Meridian Infusion Yoga
At Greenetea Acupuncture we know that a healthy lifestyle including diet and exercise is essential for aging gracefully. A perfect complement to ones regime is through Yoga. Yoga strengthens the body and empowers the mind, its suitable for all ages and levels.
Lisa Greene R.Ac Ryt has completed two 200 hour yoga teacher trainings. Her last adventure was in Bali November 2016 where she spent 30 days immersed in her teacher trainings, which included ashtanga yoga, meditation, pranayama and mindful eating. Since then she has added more speciality trainings to round out her teaching portfolio, including an additional yin yoga teacher training.
As one studied in Traditional Chinese Medicine she developed a unique style of teaching which incorporates the Chinese Meridian System into yoga asanas. Her understanding of these systems allows her the insight to guide her students through poses that will facilitate their own healing process. Meridian Infusion Yoga is for all level of students, and modifications are always offered.

Regular Meridian Infusion yin classes are with Westcoast hot yoga Monday evenings at 730. Meridian Infusion Workshops are offered at both studios at different times. You can go to the individual yoga studios schedule to get more information. Personal alignment sessions are also offered.
